1. Product Returns

Returns are subject to the policy of the individual store or service provider listed on our apps. Smart Products only provides the technology platform and does not handle products directly.

  • Users must contact the respective store for return requests
  • Returns may be accepted in cases of damaged, expired, or incorrect items
  • Return windows and procedures vary per vendor

2. Service Refunds

For services like laundry or home delivery:

  • Refunds may be issued if service was not delivered or was unsatisfactory
  • Users must raise a complaint within 24–48 hours of service completion
  • Proof (photo, receipt) may be required to process the request

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–7 business days
  • Smart Products is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment gateways

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Downloaded digital content (unless defective)
  • Services already consumed or completed
